Armourgeddon Limited – Standard Terms and Conditions
Armourgeddon Ltd supplies goods and or services on the basis of the following terms and conditions.
Vehicles and Equipment sold or hired are wholly owned by Armourgeddon Ltd, unless stated clearly to the contrary.
Armourgeddon Ltd is a UK registered company 05696355 registered at Southfields Farm, Husbands Bosworth, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 6NW.
All Goods and services are supplied Ex Works Southfields Farm, Husbands Bosworth, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 6NW, unless stated to the contrary.
The photographs shown on any quotation or those previously emailed to you show the actual vehicles offered for sale or hire, no warranty is implied or given.
The vehicles and equipment are available to view at Southfields Farm, Husbands Bosworth, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, unless stated to the contrary.
Armourgeddon Ltd sells and hires a range of vehicles from fully restored, fully kitted out vehicles through to partially complete restoration project wrecks. In light of this the seller recommends that the buyer or hirer should satisfy himself as to the mechanical condition and completeness of the vehicles by personal visit prior to sale or hire.
Driving condition if stated in the quotation means, starting, stopping, steering moving under its own power. Driving condition does not mean or imply that it is road legal.
The vehicles are not supplied with any additional equipment or tools unless stated to the contrary.
The price offered is exclusive of VAT. Vehicles exported outside the EU are not subject to VAT PROVIDING a Bill of Lading for the items is provided within 3 months of the date of sale.
If a Bill of lading is not provided within the 3 month period Armourgeddon Ltd reserves the right to charge the value of VAT in retrospect from the purchaser.
Vehicles delivered to a Port for export is at the sellers expense.
Additional services such as road transport, export licence applications, packing, cleaning, or consolidation is not included unless stated to the contrary.
If a weapon is included as part of the vehicle and included in the sale it will be deactivated to UK standard by the buyer unless
other agreed with Armourgeddon Ltd.
The terms of this agreement are made under English law and British shipping trade & trade definitions.
Vehicles may be supplied as either running driving vehicles or non-runners for static display or restoration purposes. Unless stated to the contrary vehicles must be assumed to be non-runners.
Vehicles are not road registered or MoT’d unless stated to the contrary.
Vehicles hired out by Armourgeddon Ltd should be returned in the condition, as collected, the hirer reserves the right to charge the hirer for any damage or defects caused whilst on hire.
Whilst on hire the vehicle or vehicles should not be altered, painted or sign-painted without the approval of Armourgeddon
beforehand.
Many of the vehicles hired by Armourgeddon Ltd are rare antique collectors vehicles, or alternatively complex military machines a number of years old. Spares are often difficult or impossible to find as a result Armourgeddon Ltd reserves the right to limit the performance and driving use if hired to prevent damage to the vehicles..
Hiring does not mean or imply self drive generally only drivers authorised by Armourgeddon will be permitted to drive the vehicles.
All Accidents losses or damage and public liability claims whilst on hire are wholly at the expense of the hirer. The hirer shall indemnify Armourgeddon Ltd against this as a condition of hire.
